Network Analyst


Additional Objectives: Responsible for providing network performance data to support the ongoing operation of our Water & Wastewater networks. Assist the Operations team in the investigation of problem areas on our networks relating to Water & Wastewater and to assist with the development of appropriate solutions improving current and future performance. Assist with the development and implementation of Network Resilience plans for existing and new Water and Wastewater networks.

Technical Helpdesk Advisor


The role will also support the technical services team in contacting customers and engineers when required Working with customers to log and diagnose faults reported by customers about their on-site equipment and to ensure full functionality according to manufacturer's specifications is maintained Any other tasks as requested by the team leader or IT helpdesk manager

Call Co-ordinator


The main purpose of the role is to co-ordinate and manage all field service engineer visits to customer sites and to ensure that they provide the level of service required to meet the contractual requirements of the customers. Co-ordinate field service engineers' visits to customer sites and escalate service requests to the appropriate team or organisation. Complete call incident reports, detailing field service engineers' involvement in sensitive calls for management and customers as required.
