Job description

Our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff have an opportunity for the right candidate to your them as a Warehouse and Logistics Administrator

Main Tasks and Objectives

Collect parts through an approved carrier for all items left on site by engineers (PLOS).

Process pick requests on management systems for engineer car stocks including the administration of individual engineer car stock listings, providing feedback on ETAs and sourcing items on back order.

Produce replenishment data and labels for items to be shipped to other depots.

Maintain the replenishment document with stock accuracy and requirements for the vehicle stock audits that supply parts to the field engineers.

Update the management system data obtained from stock audits made throughout forward stock locations and the Cardiff warehouses.

Update the contact centre of ongoing issues regarding shipments and parts availability.

Administer the RMA process.

Administer International despatches and stock reconciliation.

Track consignments if lost.

Administer stock adjustments, records and audits.

Process pick requests on 'RICO's tracking system when requested including searching, selecting, releasing, same day shipments and follow up.

General administrative duties to support the warehouse and logistics team.

Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to and raise health and safety concerns to their manager when necessary.

Outcomes and Deliverables

Stock is correct and available at forward stock locations when required.

Labels are issued correctly.

Stock audits and management systems are current and correct.

In addition to the above duties the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.
