Project Services Data Administrator (sjl/pda)

Our client, an IT company is looking for a Data Administrator to join their busy Projects team in Cardiff.
Main Tasks and Objectives
Maintenance and housekeeping of service contracts and project schedules relating to Project Services to ensure that accurate data is recorded and is always current.
The drafting, importing and maintenance of rotas to the 'Metrix' system with focus on any project work.
Project rollout administration.
Monitor and maintain the P2PE process in line with the company's PIM documentation and investigate and report breaches within the process.
Complete a weekly P2PE audit of good and faulty stock.
Monitor and Maintain system stock issues including negative stock showing with Field Service Engineers for both project services and maintenance.
Maintenance and housekeeping of the Metrix system with focus given to Project Services.
Monitor and Maintain engineers 21-day loop stock report.
Additional data administrative duties requested by the department manager.
In addition to the above duties the post holder must be prepared to undertake such additional duties which may result from changing circumstances.
