Project Services Administrator (sjl/psa)
Our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking for a Project Services Administrator.
Main Tasks and Objectives
To maintain and update the Company's "Metrix" system with the project services data to ensure it is accurate at all times.
To maintain and update the project calendar with new works, changes and allocations to the sub-contractors.
To prepare customer invoice schedules for verification by the project management team, in a timely manner, to ensure that customers are invoiced consistently and accurately.
To prepare supplier purchase order requests for verification by the project management team, to ensure that the parts for projects are delivered on time in line with the project schedules.
To highlight on a weekly basis any issues or concerns which may cause delays in projects.
To assist the PSMs in maintaining the active schedules such that they are accurate through to completion and closure.
To liaise with third parties with schedule changes when instructed by the project management team.
To establish and maintain effective communication links with other Company departments to ensure that the department objectives are achieved.
To maintain accurate records of all customer contractual information.
To assist the PSMs with the financial information, to enable them to maintain the department's profitability and to forward plan the projects.
Monitor shipments made by the project services team and update the team daily on their progress.
Any other administration duties associated with projects and/or allocated by the senior project services co-ordinator or the PSMs.
