Our client, a financial services company in the heart of Cardiff has a new role within the company. It will mainly be calling customers to stop them cancelling their policies. It wouldn't be commissioned based and the calls wouldn't be sales. It is assisting customers who's policies are going to cancel due to non-payment and trying to guide them towards making payment and continuing the insurance with us. Also chasing of documents, excess payments and general contact with customer where the company needs to proactively speak to them. The ideal person would be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone, have good customer service and empathy skills and confident to guide people towards taking action.
