Job description

Key Responsibilities

Indexing and assigning all incoming claims work

Processing all claims recoveries

Sending out policyholder excess cheques

Processing, validating and inputting payments for various claims (glass, repair network fees, salvage agents, solicitors fees, etc)

Responsible for tracking of all claims litigation

Sending outgoing post

Completing applications for and filing CRU certificates

Carrying out any other tasks deemed appropriate to support the Claims team

Personal Specification

Self-motivated & able to work within a team framework

Organised and able to manage their own week

Computer literate

Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not a requirement

Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (C grade or above)


18,000 to 22,000 salary
