Based in the city centre of Cardiff our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join its busy team.
- Reception Duties
- General Administration
- Purchase Ordering and Invoice Processing
- Ordering of supplies
- Travel Booking
- Credit Card Reconciliation
- Ad hoc finance duties as required
- Experience of Microsoft office packages essential especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, time management, working to deadlines, prioritizing, flexibility etc
- This role would suit a well-motivated, personable, confident individual. Full training will be provided but there will be an expectation that the individual will be able to work under their own initiative at times.
Working Hours - 9.00am-5.30pm
Required Qualifications – Educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English
