Job description

Based in the city centre of Cardiff our client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join its busy team.


Duties

  • Reception Duties
  • General Administration
  • Purchase Ordering and Invoice Processing
  • Ordering of supplies
  • Travel Booking
  • Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Ad hoc finance duties as required


Experience Required 

  • Experience of Microsoft office packages essential especially Excel and Word.
  • Attention to detail, time management, working to deadlines, prioritizing, flexibility etc
  • This role would suit a well-motivated, personable, confident individual. Full training will be provided but there will be an expectation that the individual will be able to work under their own initiative at times.

Working Hours - 9.00am-5.30pm

Required Qualifications – Educated to GCSE level to include Maths and English
