The Property & Projects Team is part of the Core Real Estate Practice Group based in Cardiff.The team carries out volume conveyancing work for banks and other financial institutions.

.Key responsibilities::

They are looking for an individual to support delivery of client service by compiling and analysing data and MI, delivering client requirements and actions from meetings, engaging with IT and other internal colleagues in order to progress project delivery, support for senior operations manager and legal director. Reporting to a senior operations manager and assisting to deliver the operational and strategic objectives for the team.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Experience of using a case management system and IT user acceptance testing competent with excel, powerpoint and word
  • Target driven
  • Excellent quality maintained even at times of high workload
  • Ability to manage own priorities and deliver to targets in a volume environment
  • Flexibility to support with other similar work in the department if required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational ability
