Client and Facilities Support

This role will be on the front line of client service and will act as the ‘face’ of the business. The business is a large legal firm with state of the art offices in the centre of Cardiff. The role is to cover maternity and will be a 12 month FTC


Key responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients to ensure their needs are exceeded in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage event bookings ensuring we meet our client and host needs
  • Regular liaison with the Catering team to ensure a high level of catering hospitality
  • Monitoring of meeting rooms throughout the day to ensure they are maintained to a high standard and set up ready for the next meeting
  • Ensure the client areas are maintained to the highest standard

  • Liaising with hosts of meetings to ensure presentations are set up in a timely manner and that support is available if required
