Expanding business in Bristol is seeking additional Case Handlers/Legal Execs/Solicitors to join them on a permanent basis. The probate business has grown rapidly and company are seeking experienced and entry level staff, if you have proven end to end probate and estate administration experience it would be advantageous.
You will manage a caseload delivering high standards of legal quality/compliance, case progression/closure and customer service. This will involve delivering on a) legal quality, b) case progression, c) customer advocacy and d) continuous improvement.
a) Deliver high quality work, adherence to the case management framework, delivery of framework.
b) Caseload is progressed quickly, pro active with customer communication, high standards of recording tasks and accurate forecasting.
c) Deliver excellent customer service, relationship building and address any complaints.
d) Identify and highlight areas of continuous improvement, implement policies and be a team player.
